This dynamic and growing business required a durable facility that could stand up to the riggers of a warehouse distribution center while still presenting an attractive image. Insulated sandwich panel tilt up concrete was chosen to provide durability to both sides of the wall.
The program called for dry, cold, and freezer high bay storage with refrigerated loading docks in the cold storage area of the facility. The warehouse had to be expandable to accommodate the growing business.
The program also includes a tractor maintenance facility and wash bay that utilizes a water re-cycler; business offices are located adjacent to the warehouse and loading docks for convenience and monitoring.
