The program required a building that branded the Masterlube product, which could be replicated on a variety of sites. The building needed to distinguish itself as a Masterlube facility without signage.
These new two bay, quickie oil change stores were developed as prototypes for other stores in Montana and Wyoming. Construction is concrete, steel and masonry; easily maintained and durable materials.
Special design elements include radiant floor heating with a full basement ‘pit’ for oil changing and storage. The mechanical system utilizes waste oil heating.
